We've Missed You!
Your favorite spots on campus, the teachers you cherish, the people who impacted your life. You'll find all of them here in June.
This year is particularly special because it marks the relaunch of Prairie’s Hall of Fame. You can find complete details about the Hall of Fame revamp here, and more information about how we’ll celebrate below.
Sign up for the events that interest you and tell your friends to sign up, too. And don’t forget - if you’re celebrating a milestone year, there’s still time to add your class’s gathering to the lineup. Contact Callie Atanasoff, Director of Philanthropy and Engagment (262-752-2531) to coordinate all the details.
We'll see you June 13th and 14th!
Important Note: The WIAA Girls Soccer Sectional Games take place June 12th and 14th. No matter the contender, Prairie will host the Sectional final at 1:00PM on June 14th.
When: Friday, June 13th from 4:30 - 6:30PM
Where: Chartroom Food and Spirits
Cost: $10 per person
This is an adults-only event
To kick off Alumni Weekend, have a cocktail, mocktail or your favorite local brew at Chartroom Food and Spirits. With a prime location on the river and plenty of parking, Chartroom is the perfect spot for connecting with fellow alumni – and since the restaurant's location has been a staple since 1979, it's sure to bring back great memories, too. Let the festivities begin!
When: Saturday, June 14th from 9:00 - 11:00AM
Where: The Prairie Campus
This is a family-friendly event
Saturday morning begins the way any day at Prairie should: with great food and friends. Alumni and faculty, you're invited to stop by with your family and classmates, enjoy a continental brunch, and make your way through the halls on a self-guided tour. Find the spaces that meant the most to you, discover new places on campus, visit an activity station, and pick up some amazing Prairie gear while you’re visiting!
When: Saturday, June 14th from 5:00 - 7:00PM
Alumni Weekend will conclude with the main event: a celebration of the people who have had a tremendous impact on Prairie and the communities they serve. Long-time coach and teacher, mentor, and alumni parent Melody Owsley will be retiring after 35 years at Prairie. What better way to honor her than with an afternoon filled with all of the TPS spirit one would expect for a tribute to Coach Mel?!
In addition to recognizing Melody’s accomplishments, we will also be celebrating the relaunch of Prairie’s Hall of Fame, inducting four honorees into our updated Hall of Fame categories: Scholar, Artist, Athlete and Leader. You can find complete details regarding the Hall of Fame on our website; inductees will be announced in February, so keep an eye on your inbox and on social media for those well-deserving members of our community.
